Tuition Policies

Registration fee is $35. Our family registration fee for multiple siblings is $50.

Tuition is automatically charged to the provided bank account or credit card on file. Although we accept credit cards, we prefer echecks through your bank account.

We accept cash, check or credit card for all other purchases. Please make checks payable to Ascend Dance Academy. All returned checks will be charged a $20 fee.

All cards are run through a credit process even if they are listed as a debit card.

There will be a $20 fee for all auto draft and credit card payments declined on the first attempt. Accounts that are 30 days past due will receive an additional $10 per week late fee and result in that dancer not being able to attend class until full payment is received.

Two weeks notice must be given in writing if withdrawing. Two week’s tuition may be billed if notice is not given on time. There are no refunds.

No refunds are given for missed classes due to student absences. Make-up classes are available to students within 2 weeks of any missed class.

Pricing 2026/27:

Sprout Program:

We have four 9-week sessions in the season. Tuition will be billed one week prior to the session start date.

Leap and Peak Program:

Tuition rates are based on the program cost for the entire year. Tuition is billed month to month with yearly cost divided across 10 months at our full rate. Monthly payment plans will be billed the 1st of each month August-May.

Open class tuition ranges from $45-$120 per month depending on length of class.

Promotions:

Sibling Discount: We offer a 10% discount to the youngest sibling.

Senior open classes (13+) at discounted rate when enrolled in full program: Turns & Leaps – $45, Hip Hop – $60, Open Ballet – $90
