Peak Company is our competitive program. Students will need to demonstrate a superb technique for their age, performance quality, and willingness, and determination to succeed. It’s a great way for students to broaden their scope and perform competitively at events throughout the country.
Solos are limited. Please remember that if students do not receive a solo, there are many factors that play a part and they should try again in the future.
Requirements:
- Excellent attendance in technique classes
- Summer Intensive (minimum 1 week)
- Ability to attend solo or group rehearsals on Fridays and/or Saturdays
- Attendance at 3-4 Competition/Convention weekends in the Spring
All solos will be rehearsed by at least 2 faculty members. If you are unable to make a rehearsal, we will do our best to accommodate, but can not guarantee your child will be rescheduled. If additional rehearsals are needed, we will contact you to set up extra rehearsals for an additional fee.
Peak Company Competition students are required to purchase a studio jacket.
